The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, Nasser Bourita, recently accused Iran of « threatening the territorial integrity of Morocco by supporting the Polisario ». This was last Thursday, during the conference of AIPAC, a pro-Israel movement. But Tehran formally rejects this accusation of the head of Moroccan diplomacy.
Nasser Bourita has been making every effort lately to get the world to recognise the Moroccan nationality of Western Sahara. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, does not hesitate to attack some countries considered close to the Polisario Front.
« It is regrettable that the government of Morocco, which currently holds the chairmanship of the Al Quds Committee, is diverting attention from the burning issue of the Muslim world, namely the fight against the new aggression in Al Quds and the defense of the rights of the Palestinian people, while the Muslim world needs more than ever unity and solidarity, » he said.
