In a message published on social networks yesterday, Tuesday 6 April, the Moroccan Prime Minister, Saad Eddine El Otmani was reassuring about his health. « I have received several calls from people wishing to inquire about my health. I would like to thank you all. I tell everyone that I am really ill, but my condition is not worrying, God willing, because I have been suffering for a few days from a cold and an inflammation of the meninges, » wrote the head of government.
A week ago, SaâdEddine El Ohmani had warned Moroccans against a third wave of the Coronavirus disease. To give consistency to his words, El Otmani had specified that the last two weeks have seen a significant increase in the number of cases of Covid-19 contamination, and that Morocco has recorded a worrying number of serious cases. Furthermore, the head of the Moroccan government, Saâd Eddine El Otmani, thanked King Mohammed VI for his benevolence and high solicitude.
