Two Malian civilians were killed in the night from Saturday to Sunday during the attack by armed men at a toll station in Diéma, in western Mali, we learned from security sources and from ‘a witness.

“Those who were armed went to the two wickets. My cousin wanted to flee, he was riddled with bullets. The second agent was killed inside the payment counter. (…) Afterwards, they left without touching the money, « he added.
