A Nigerian girl is making headlines after being crowned the new Miss Toddler USA Nation 2021. She is 5-year-old Kleopatra Vargas, a Nigerian-American-Mexican girl born in Chicago, Illinois. The pageant in the United States is popularly known as « Miss America Nation ».
Kleopatra Vargas, a five-year-old girl, has made news in Uncle Sam’s country after winning the popular Miss America Nation 2021 pageant. Speaking to reporters, Princess Kleopatra, who is fluent in Igbo, Spanish and English, expressed her gratitude to the organisers of the contest. She also thanked her parents for the love, guidance and support they have given her.
Strange as it may seem, Kleopatra Vargas won her first ‘Baby Illinois’ crown in 2016, when she was just 10 months old. She was nominated ahead of 20 other children. Her proud mother also spoke about her win, describing her daughter as an exceptional child with several rare abilities. She noted that with her new crown as Miss Toddler USA Nation 2021, there is more to come from Princess Kleopatra Vargas.
In order to win this prestigious « child beauty » pageant, Kleopatra Vargas was able to win over nearly all of the judges, achieving the highest score in her evening gown show. « She watches everything I do and copies me. As a mother, I am responsible for how she sees the world through the eyes of a woman, » wrote the mother of Nigerian-born Kleopatra Vargas on her Facebook page.

Do not curse them. Let your daughter see you pray, work and lead. Your child will always realize what she sees in you. Make sure she sees an incredible example, » she added.
