Mr. Sall emphasized that structuring into a public-private partnership for the exploitation of the future BRT allows the participation of the State and the local private sector for a total of 30% in the capital of the future operating company. He also mentioned the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions identified in COP21 as Senegal’s contributions.
