The Royal Moroccan Federation of Aerobic Sports, Fitness, Hip-Hop and related disciplines (FRMSAFH) organized, on Sunday, at the Al Amal Complex in Rabat, the Moroccan Hip Hop championship, « Hip Hop Unite Morocco ». The dancer Marouane Al Mansouri and the duo « Black Mafia » won the trophy.
Marouane Al Mansouri was crowned after winning the title in the category « Hip Hop solo », ahead of Otmane Oubila (2nd) and Amine Allaoui (3rd). In the category « Hip Hop duo show », the trophy went to « Black Mafia » composed of Ayoub Al Hatab and Hamza Baroun who had to face in Battles the « Royal Duo » composed of Abdelmalek Al Baljani and Al Mouatassim Al Boukhari (2nd) and the tandem Amine Allaoui and Abdessamad Al Bourki Idrissi (3rd).
The participants competed in « Battles » composed of three choreographies that were judged by a three-member jury, to reach the final, which took place without an audience, due to health measures related to the Coronavirus pandemic.
After their respective titles of champions of Morocco 2021, the dancer Marouane Al Mansouri and the duo « Black Mafia » will strengthen the ranks of the national team of Hip Hop and related disciplines that will take part in the world championship, scheduled to take place in Agen, France, from 26 to 28 November, according to Yabiladi.
It should be recalled that in 2019, the Moroccan Mohamed Salim won the bronze medal in the individual Battle, counting for the World Hip Hop Championships, which took place in the Netherlands. These championships had brought together more than 1,000 hip-hoppers representing more than 30 countries.
